The Product Empties 3.0

Part three of the product empties series is slightly over due but I have been uploading exciting blog posts recently so unfortunately our empty bottles have had to take a backseat. We are one away from finishing the line up, so let's jump right into it.

1. The first little item I have within this selection is Benefit's POREfessional. I am sure that if you scroll back through the many blog posts I have you will see this mentioned numerous times. I used to absolutely rave about this product, however, as new primers were released I slowly forgot about it and it has been sitting in my empties bag for a while. Whilst I still think it is a good product there are now others I prefer such as The Body Shop's Insta Blur.

2. Number two is another beauty item and it's Revolution's Eye Primer, the only reason I have stopped using this product is because it dried out. I think that this is an excellent alternative to Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion. It's so much cheaper but also has great staying power and also increases the staying time of eyeshadows.

3. Another Una Brennan products which I love! The Vitamin C+ Brighten Skin Defence Daily Moisturiser, I must say Una Brennan products have ridiculously long names. But they are brilliant. I love these products as they are super hydrating and help to brighten the skin.

4. I have two little minis for this post and they are the Clarins Hydra Quench Cream. These little beauties are perfect for rehydrating the face, getting rid of dry skin and also to act as an overnight mask. Whilst I haven't purchased the full size, as I have so many moisturisers, I would definitely recommend this product and can see myself purchasing the full size in the future.

5. The final product is the L'Oreal Extraordinary Clay Shampoo. Firstly, I wish shampoos and conditioners would run out at the same time! Unfortunately, this is not the case. Anyway, I love this shampoo and do not use anything else as I find it really helps with oily roots and dry ends. I have repurchased a few times now. See an in-depth review here

Make sure to stay tuned for part 4!

Do you use any of these products? What do you always seem to be running out of? I would love to hear about it!

The Product Empties Post 1.0

Over the past year I have collected a mountain of empty products to share with you. I was thinking about filming a video but I thought the best idea would be to break them up into different blog posts and space them out over a few weeks. Therefore, I have four posts waiting for you and they will be going up over the next few weeks.

On to the first list!...

Number 1 is the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray, I have loved this setting spray for a very long time but only ever buy the travel sized bottles as I travel quite a lot and feel the price is worth it. The price for the travel sized edition is only £9.00, which is perfect if you feel you need to test the product before you buy it. I believe this spray helps my make up to last like no other!

The next empty product is the Una Brennan Micellar Water and I actually have two empty bottles of this. I really like this product for taking my face make-up off but I feel that it does sting my eyes when I try to take any make up off of them. For this reason, I would prefer to use the Bioderma or the La Roche Posy one so will not be repurchasing it.

The third item is the Mitchum Advanced Control Deodorant, it's no lie that I can suffer from sweaty underarms and I found this particular product a few months ago. I was attracted to it due to the stick format. It doesn't leave a liquid under my arm but is instantly dry. My only issue is if I don't leave it to dry then it can sometimes leave a white mark on my clothing, but I have tried the one which claims not leave any white marks but felt it did not perform as well.

Next is the MAC Studio Fix Powder in the colour NC15. I have no idea how many of these pans I have got through because it's my absolute favourite powder. It not only helps my make up to last, but also provides a bit of coverage.

The final empty product I have is a mini version of the Clarins Instant Eye Make Up Remover, I also have two of these that I have used and since finishing these products have gone on to buy the full size version. It's perfect in taking my waterproof mascara off as it doesn't feel like I am having a fight with my eyes.
Stay tuned for part 2 next week!
