Primark and I have, over the years, had a love hate relationship. But a part of their store which I've always been in love with is their beach and swimwear section. This part is brimming with beautiful swimsuits, bikinis, playsuits, towels. You name it, Primark probably has it. Oh and let's not forget the ever trusty Primark sandals!
This year in particular Primark have had their A game on when it comes to their holiday stock, I have picked up numerous number of their playsuits and swimming costumes that I had to share with you some of my favourite items.
First up is this beautiful denim playsuit with a lace trim, I have worn this in the heat and can I just say it fairs so well. A lot of items of clothing can leave me feeling sticky and gross but this is light enough to not do this and not start to cling to my skin. I like to pair it with sandals, my Raybans and a beach bags – meaning I am good to go!
Next is Primark's lace shorts, I actually bought these last summer but really wanted to include them. I have dropped a dress size and these now fit perfectly and I love to pair them with a high necked white top which I think looks perfect.
I want to quickly mention my two favourite swim suits, the first is a bikini with Aztec patterning. Primark has a wonderful collection of bikinis all at the price of £2.00 per item. I already have two sets, a plain black one and also a mint green one, but this one struck me due to its colouring. The bottoms are plain lace up ones but flattering on, I feel this still elongates the legs – something I need with my small ones. The next is a halter neck swimming costume that I am in love with. It is black has a cut out hole at the front and a plunging back.
Finally, for a night look I love this Primark Maxi Dress, the original price of this was only £6.00 but I managed to get it on sale at only £4.00 which I thought was a bargain. It fits me perfectly, it's loose fitting and I love that the neck line is high as it gives it a nice added touch. Pairing it with a pair of nude sandals with gold metallic detail and a light weight denim Jacket means you are good to go!
